Some happy issues about relationships and not so happy issues about trust. Let's discuss them together since they are somewhat related.

Right.

Happy happy, cheese and daisy. Our love continues to grow as time goes on. Sometimes I do wonder if it is growing too fast, that bubble may form and grow and burst, I manage it. Breaking love into small little pieces and take it in one piece at a time, plan for what is coming (in general) is the rule of my game here. Anyway, things are going great, we are slowly becoming accustomed to each other's goods and bads, habits and behaviours. My work has moved from making things happen to keeping things happening~ It is nice.

Some pictures from Night Safari where we visited. The lighting condition is so bad that there is no way I can take decent pictures most of the time. I manage to grab some ok shots though.

My animal.

A Japanese tourist, quite a chill guy.

A really scenic location.

It was really fun.

Right. Now, the not so happy stuff, trust.

Well... I've forgotten what I wanted to say. And I definitely don't want to remember that. So, nothing more for now! ;)

[1 hour later...]

Ah... And my mom must remind me. Well, trust. How much trust should you place in your loved ones to do the "right thing"? How much righter is our own "right" from their "right"? While I can understand my mother's worry at times, I cannot comprehend how she can feel such superiority that her opinion should definitely overwrite mine. While I respect her thoughts, some of her opinions are simply, opinions. They command neither factual support nor experience based knowledge. In fact, they are like (or in this case is) just like "the 5 second rule", just fallacy. So why can't I in turn tell her that she is wrong and what she's doing is bad? She must lash out on me and then crack down on what I do. This is not acceptable.

I will be heard, even if it means to cause more anger in her.

42

How should I compose this? Hmmmm... Writing in English about something so very emotional is really really hard.

Alright, let's start with 42, the answer to life the universe and everything. As the Hitchhiker's Guide To The Galaxy promptly pointed out, though we may have this "answer", we don't know the "question" and it is the "question" that is harder to ask. Ha! Not sure if any of you get my point here. "Answers" are easy. They are singular, often simplistic. For example, when someone asks what is your life's biggest goal, everyone and yes, everyone can put up the exact same answer: to feel happy and fulfilled. It is that easy. You may want to become a great designer. Why? Because it makes you happy and fulfilled. You may want to be a great dancer. Why? Because it makes you happy and fulfilled. Answers are not hard to come by. However, if you were to ask exactly how and what would you give this happiness and fulfillment, few can answer. It is as it is as nobody understands the true meaning of life.

Neither do I.

I can't see what will make me happy, future's only nature is its volatility (that almost sounds like sort of a famous quote). But I can see what makes happy right now:
To have your shoulder against mine; To have your hand in mine; And to have my hand poking your waist.
We will overcome anything!

On a side note: Don't clamp your lips together while kissing. ;)

Before posting all my thoughts during the NSTT training, I thought I should post some pictures left over during this training period that wasn't edited. Most of them are taken along Upper Bukit Timah while others are in restaurants with 笑琦 or my family. Enjoy, click pictures to enlarge!

The colours are way too striking...

Brewerkz is a nice place. The food is above average but it lacks anything defining. Over-priced, definitely. Price only came down to the level of reasonable after throwing in a S$50 cash voucher.

一万个不舍得,但我只能等待,一切平息。
心情平息之后的心情,才是最真实的心情。

There is a lot to talk about today. The strange lunch, the un-photographic. The occasionally eccentric me. However, at this hour, I don't wish to talk about that. I wish to talk about something less pleasant, the failures of me.

It is not nice to talk about them directly here, professional confidentiality. However, I am beating myself on some somewhat unsuccessful pictures. Don't be mistaken, they do look nice. I am just hating myself for disliking my work. I also wish to cast some degree of uncertainty to what I thought I have already somewhat known.

I guess maybe this is why I have strictly let my photography stayed as hobby. Having a responsibility over it does help it grow, but this responsibility also kills the passion to some degree. Often, I can comfortably sit back and enjoy the ride, let my camera take me to places, try the weird or the strange. But when there is a responsibility, I must fall back on what have been experimented on and proven working. Don't strictly enjoy that part. I need practice, practice and more practice! I try to take up every chance coming my way. Yet, it is not enough... yet.

I thought I know at least to some degree about stage photography. Turns out that I still know too little... I wonder if one year of practice would be enough... Only time will tell. Oh how I wish to record one of her most beautiful moment! Letting my skill level getting in the way is simply... Not acceptable. Not the least bit acceptable.

The pressure is on. And a part of me is stirring as well. This is a challenge. And I will meet any challenge head on, with full passion and love.
