Fatboy's Burger Bar. Since it's a bar, I count my experience incomplete since I didn't have anything remotely related to liquor. However, I got to admit that its custom burger menu is interesting. Nobody in their right mind (except me, though you can argue that I rarely am in my right mind) would have ordered lamp patty, grilled pineapple and mango chili sauce. And somehow, everything does go together. Other than the creativity, everything else is just above average for an alright cost of about S$20 each. Ambiance rather than food is the biggest selling point here. Click to enlarge for all of them.

笑琦's order of perfectly normal beef patty with cheese and tomato sauce.

Also, went to Chomp Chomp with the guardroom people. Since I arrived early, I went around taking pictures. And of course, eating at Chomp Chomp means I need a picture of the place. And that's when everything got... interesting. As I was trying to look for a good angle (all I brought was a 100mm and 50mm, since 50mm can't focus to infinity, I went for the 100mm stead and it can't envelope the whole place, of course it can't!), an old lady came up to me. You know, the type that look like the entire world owes her something. More of then than not, I meet old ladies who are nice and kind and wise, she is definitely, and I mean definitely not those types that I use to meet. From the very start, she throw at me some random law that taking picture of people's face is illegal... Wait a minute! I was taking a picture of someone's face?! I thought I was taking picture of buildings?! Alright, I explained calmly. Then she started going all "it's up to you". As fast as she appeared, she disappeared. What a strange and irritable old lady... Until today, I am baffled by the reason she came up to me. Anyway, here are the pictures.

And yes, the picture she tried so hard to stop me from taking didn't even get chosen by me in the end...

Got a bit intrigued by these signs for a while. So many of them in just one place.

I like the texture of the wooden boards.

Drain grating. Look nice right?

A very intriguing plant I saw.

Mad texture.

More abstract stuff.

Now, Chomp Chomp!

We shall drink to the end of the world!

A family of shellfish destroyed.

A curious investigation into some post editing effects. Not particularly great but seem alright.

Alright, after that, I decided to drive them back for a bit. Then I got careless and nearly turned into oncoming traffic... It was really scary and I don't wish to go into the details here. I just want to remind myself that I need to be much more careful while driving from now on.

Alright, for the blog I'm creating. I finally made a little progress. Here's the title bar. The rest is still blank and I'm trying some ideas. Overall, I combined themes like ballet and watercolor. I'm preparing to add in more things related to Chinese now. Anyway, I'll continue working on it.

Did lots of photo processing tonight... Please look forward to the content tomorrow though!

And probably more stuff that I will remember by tomorrow

Good night. Or... good morning!

(Was trying to talk like a YouTube caster with a non-existent audience. Quite fun. Hahahahahaha!)

Cohesion... Not something I usually like to go. Crowd is not my thing plus the activities are usually boring. However, this is one of the few chances to take picture with guys from 7AD so why not? And of course, I am the official photographer of the day. Hahahahaha!

Over 200 pictures to go through and over 50 to edit... Really tired after doing it all and could literally felt my brain cells dying. It was then I realized that almost everything we decide to do kill us in some way. I guess I am just fortunate that I do those things laughing.

Download these 3 links and then unzip the downloaded file to get all the pictures. The rest is as usual, click to enlarge.

These are some of the ones that I thought are better.

Fly on face!

141112, rarely pack a day this tightly and honestly, I'll try not to in future. However, it was an extremely enjoyable day too.

First, 7AD cohesion, football. Thing is, I don't play football. I am a decent goalkeeper but football is really not my cup of tea... Now my body's aching all over...

I shall save thee!

Cool right?

Ha! 7AD Soccer Association

After that, it was dinner and movie with a pretty young lady. Culina is a nice place but slightly expensive, as usual, and I forgot to take any picture of the dishes... Well, I guess I had too much fun chatting with my friend. After that, we watched Skyfall. It's a movie that sums up the old James Bond and in a way starts a new era. Not fantastic, but serves as a satisfying end to a Bond fan like me. We went back in time and saw the Bond car of the 70s and Bond theme of the 70s. We also sent away the old M and Q and welcome new ones. No matter what, Bond doesn't change. Sometimes, I wonder if "James Bond" is just a code name just like 007. Each Bond come and go, all taking up the same identity together with the code 007.

And at the end of the day, as a perfect sum up, I received a notice from Him. It's hard to describe but I can almost confirm its source is authentic. The message is about "not to worry about apparent failures and work hard, everything will be alright". It is obtained through the various failures of my plan that day and somehow everything ends up alright. Truly I was blessed, or else there would be no way for me to make it in time to accomplish everything I wanted to do. It feels like having 25 hours that day. Hahahahahahaha!
