Met up with an old friend yesterday, a pretty lady no less. Hahahahahaha! Right, now, our journey.
Tuckshop is a brunch restaurant with amazingly good reviews. On HungryGoWhere, it received 100% across 18 reviews. I can hardly find any negative review about that place. Curiosity drove us there and surprisingly, it is indeed very good! Ambiance is homey, food is fresh, tasty and in good quantity. It is really a good place. And being there really early, we had an empty restaurant and plenty of chances to take photographs.
Smoked salmon croissant, really good.
Should have asked Julia to give a smile instead of looking at the bread. Ha!
Favorite picture in this series of restaurant shots.
This is not going up Facebook!
Theory proven: a pretty face is a huge distraction from focal point (the noodle).
Removed the one with an angrier expression, it seems like you saw a fly in your noodle. Hahahaha!
The desert has proven to be a rather hard subject. Maybe I should tune the exposure up a little more.
The ambiance is nice, huh?
A really comfortable carpet, really.
And with a really heft price tag too...
Actually, this is now my favorite of the restaurant series. Hahahahahaha!
FREE Espresso for any a la carte coffee!
The Tuckshop!
Now, Gardens By The Bay!
Oh, you have no idea how many flowers she sniffed to get a decent shot. Hahahahahaha!
Favorite picture of the day!
Don't entirely like this photo. I went up too close and the flowers is way too bright.
Like this picture much better actually, though I still think the flowers can be place that contribute more to the wholeness of this picture.
Background... Too bright...
Darice should buy a plant like this! Polka dot.
